These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Alita (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Your account

You must provide accurate information when you sign up and keep your credentials safe. You are responsible for everything that happens under your account.

2. Acceptable use

You agree not to: (a) use the Service to publish content that is unlawful, harassing, infringing, or deceptive; (b) attempt to reverse-engineer or disrupt the Service; (c) resell or sublicense Alita without our written permission; (d) abuse the AI models or attempt to extract their underlying weights.

3. Your content

You retain ownership of the brand assets, prompts, and content you upload. You grant Alita a worldwide, non-exclusive licence to host, process, generate, and publish that content as needed to operate the Service.

4. Generated content

Alita uses third-party AI models to draft and render content. You are responsible for reviewing every output before it ships and for ensuring it complies with applicable platform rules and laws.

5. Billing

Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. You can change or cancel your plan at any time from the dashboard. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of the Service.

6. Third-party services

Alita integrates with platforms like Instagram, TikTok, X, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Facebook through our upload partners. Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms; we are not responsible for outages or policy changes on their side.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms or use the Service in a way that risks harm to us or other users. You can close your account at any time.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Alita's total liability for any claim arising out of the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or by posting a notice in the dashboard.
